i am hoping to write an article about masters lessons. i am looking for some information about what goes on in a class. what participants can hope to achieve etc. i am also very keen to speak to a couple of people who have joined your sessions within the last year. it would be great if you could put them in touch with me. i write a weekly column for the Ecosse section of the Sunday Times encouraging readers to have a go at something new (especially if it's healthy!).

Can you please contact all members possible, we need to arrange a special meeting asap. The SASA have now changed their veiw on Tri-athlon members, and all members must be a member of the SASA.
I am not too happy on this but we need to see which way we are going to go, if there is another option open to us.
I would suggest we hold it on the 21st May at the Prestonpans sports centre say from 19:00.
